Our stretch of glorious Florida sunshine stretches from just east of Panama City over to Pensacola. That's about 140 miles across a great place to live. This covers over 30 communities and it can be a tough choice to find your best place to live.
That's why we've put our team of over 100 agents in six office locations to work sharing their viewpoint about each in the storybooks below.

The Miracle Strip is the glittering stretch of coastline that connects Fort Walton Beach, Destin, and Niceville like a string of pearls along the Gulf of Mexico.
Legend has it that the term "Miracle Strip" was coined in the mid-20th century when this strip of paradise emerged as a hotspot seemingly overnight. Imagine this: a once sleepy coastline transforming into a bustling hub of excitement, entertainment, and yes, miracles of vacation magic.
So, why the name "Miracle Strip"? It's not because the beaches miraculously appeared, but rather because the transformation of this once-sleepy coastline into a vibrant, thriving vacation paradise seemed like a miracle to those who witnessed it. The name stuck, and now the Miracle Strip is synonymous with the sun-soaked, fun-filled stretch that these three towns proudly call home.
This area is a short, convenient commute for our military stationed at Eglin Air Force Base and Hurlburt Field. Other communities along the Miracle Strip include Okaloosa Island, Shalimar, and Bluewater Bay.
Destin expanded eastward to develop Sandestin, a golfing and coastal community that reaches to the Okaloosa-Walton county line. East of that, in Walton County, is Miramar Beach which hosts one of the nations largest designer outlet centers.
It's neighbor is Santa Rosa Beach, geographically the largest beach neighborhood in South Walton. Just north of Santa Rosa Beach over the Hwy. 331 bridge, lies the community of Freeport which enjoys an abundance of inland water from Choctawhatchee Bay and its numerous inlets and bayous.
These communities nestle between the Gulf of Mexico's pristine beaches on the south and the Choctawhatchee Bay to their north. Each share the same sugar-white sand and emerald water, but each offers its own perfect list of ingredients to suit its homeowners. East of these three areas lie the beach towns of Scenic Hwy. 30A.
Navarre and Navarre Beach lie almost halfway between Fort Walton Beach on the east with Gulf Breeze and Pensacola on the west.
Pensacola in Escambia County is one of two of Northwest Florida's largest cities - Panama City being the other. Nearby Pensacola Beach is a community located on Santa Rosa Island, a barrier island with miles of protected beach.
Our northern communities across our four counties offer their homeowners the opportunity for larger yards, a more country setting, some fine country estates - but most importantly, the convenience of an easy access to Interstate I-10. Not that these northern communities don't have water views. This is Florida after all. These communities - Crestview, DeFuniak Springs, Baker, Milton and Pace - are where you can find calm, peaceful lakes, or streams and bayous to kayak or canoe along.
