Trisha Woodburn has called Pensacola home since 1965 and has spent the last 40 years building a real estate career defined by integrity, perseverance, and long-standing relationships. A self-described “woman of her word,” Trisha is known for putting service above self and delivering results her clients can count on.
Affectionately known as “the bulldog,” Trisha approaches every transaction with determination and focus. Once she takes on a client’s goal, she does not let go until the job is done. Her reputation for tenacity, combined with decades of market knowledge, has earned her the trust of generations of families throughout the Pensacola area.
Before real estate, Trisha spent 30 years running a 65-foot charter fishing boat, The Lisa, and simultaneously built a successful 30-year career selling Tupperware while raising her family. That work ethic continues to define her approach today.
Deeply rooted in the community, Trisha has served in numerous leadership and volunteer roles, including trustee for the opera, advisory council member for the symphony, past president of Sub West Rotary, past board member of the YMCA, and three-term past president of the Pensacola Symphony Orchestra Guild. She is also an active member of Christ Church Pensacola.
Family is at the center of everything she does. Trisha is the proud mother of four, grandmother of nine, and great-grandmother of seven. One of her greatest accomplishments is what she calls her “third generation club” — continuing to serve the children and grandchildren of the clients who first trusted her years ago.
For Trisha, real estate has never just been about transactions. It is about relationships, legacy, and showing up for her clients every step of the way.
